Meet the Founders!

We're Adam and Karissa Carrasco, the proud husband-and-wife team behind DFW Catering Co! Our journey started with a simple yet powerful passion...our LOVE for food and the joy of cooking for others! We have catered family events and gatherings and we've always received compliments everywhere we've been. It was moments like these we realized food has a unique way of bringing people together! With decades of cooking experience between us, we decided to turn our passion into a business and share our food with our community! 

We have three beautiful daughters and absolutely love the opportunity to spend as much time with them as possible and be involved with every moment of their childhood along with setting them up for success in the future!

We are dedicated to creating meals that make every event memorable! What started as a dream between us has now become our business and we're excited to share our love for food with you and your loved ones!
